I found every time that firefox starts , this try do download. I was offline when this comes it in the download box and it fails. I copied it here for your advice.

Have you run a virus and malware scan on your machine?

Also if it's firefox,disable all addons and see if any of them are the culprit.

scans must be done for malware, at the very least...
