Lately all international sites are taking ages to load. What is going on?
I started loading www.cnn.com before I started this post and it is still loading. Slashdot took more than 20 seconds to load.

Anyone else having this problem?

Edit : I'm downloading the new skype and I'm getting 12kb/s wtf?

I'm getting full speeds on local, but international is still fine.

nah IS is just fine! Max speed! Upload and Max speed download to international sites!

The Gamco Speedtest results:

Download Speed: 602 kbps (75.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 418 kbps (52.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

I think I have the same problem. Yesterday evening - I couldn't even download local but late last night everything was normal. Today - It is slow as well. I have SAIX and IS accounts as well.

You had issues on local last night? I was downloading the newest Debian installation and on my 384 line (~39KBps) had an average speed of 40-41KBps..... with constant spikes of 45-50.
I was capped on international last night so had no idea how that was.
