What is wrong with my Adsl

Hey guys,

I have a 6 Mbps uncapped package with MWEB and a 2 Mbps telkom dsl line (I know, I know, I'm going to upgrade soon) but I only get 1.72 Mbps on a good day.

Some statistics...

Noise Margin(dB) 12 20.3
Attenuation(dB) 26.5 17.5
Output Power(dBm). 13.5 1

Any reason why I'm getting these speeds on speedtest.net even though my router says I am getting around 1.99 Mbps?:wtf:

Overheads. You will always lose about 15% of your line to them.

1.72 megabits = 215 kilobytes, it's running at 100% speed.

Looks normal.

My 8mb line tests just below 7mb but when i download it peaks at 850ish kb/s
