What it resources gets renewed on a early basis?

My client is asking I should draw up a schedule of IT related things that needs renewel on a yearly basis so they can work it into their budget.

Can anyone please give me some ideas?

Domain
MS Licensing
Anti-Virus Licensing

Those don't get renewed annually, necessarily, but ok.
Hardware?
Telecoms fees (Internet, VoIP, PABX, etc)
Consumables like printer cartridges?

Yes but those also fall under the same category

Anything that's annual renew and monthly "renew" (like your ISP cost for example) would be what they're looking for.

So they can say, okay, Rx is what we spend per month on y (per month being the annual price / 12) and then they usually work on annual increased cost of the same services as well.

That way if IT costs them R3000 a month to maintain including the annual increases expected, they know that their income - cost = profit

So give them everything including annual

Oh and what you're referrig to is CAPEX and OPEX (?) budgetery requirements.

Any kind of firewall/web filtering software
