What Laptop memory?

Hi guys I have the following in my Acer laptop, wasnt to upgrade the ram as its really slow.
I changed the HDD for an SSD runing Win 11 definitely better but I think the RAM needs help.
I have the follwoing, what would you suggest is the right RAM to upgrade to? Maybe 8 Gigs? More?
Which kind?
