What makes unshaped ADSL?

What do I need for unshaped ADSL? The information on the telkom site just confuses me. (I guess no surprise there. )

Can I get for example HomeDSL 192 from telkom for R329 plus for example the R399 package from http://www.saol.com/adsl.asp or do I need a a special version of the DSL line from Telkom?
