What motherboard?

I got someone to change my CPU and now, it won't work *sigh* Anyway - I'm guessing only the chip or motherboard are an issue. I want to double check the CPU compatibilty with my motherbaord - but since it's a no name brand, I can't get anything :/

It says Elite Group 15-S12-011003 on it - but I can't get much more than that. Anyone maybe know or hear of it?
