What must i do for 4Mb

I want to upgrade my 384 line to a 4Mb line
Our 24month contract expired in august so we can cancel now.

How do i go about doing this if you have done this?
Dont want to phone telkom and ask them as its always a mission to do so.

And please do not go for another lengthy contract, unless it is for R1/GB.
My line is with Telkom, so I can swap ISP's on a monthly basis, if I wanted too.

Didnt use the 3GB cap when we had the contract used uncapped

Just want the line from them will use a differant ISP
