What needs to be done to get 1024

Hi,

I placed the order to upgrade to 1024.

Once I get confirmation of this what should I do to activate it on my side? Is there anything that my ISP should do?

I have a Netgear DG632 Modem/ Router.

According to the Telkom techie i spoke to you must reboot your computer hahahaha, i only get 370 kilo bits per second international with all the speed tests i have tried, apparently you have to use a download accelerator to achieve 1 mega bit. The 1 mega bit is not guarenteed but it is guranteed that they will cut you off if you don't pay.

I called them, and watched my speed climb. They basically flick a switch.
