What network/servers do vox operate through - which server should I set Ookla to test

Not sure how to word this query as I'm new to this technical detail.

I am looking to go capped with vox in plumstead case town.
I would like to set Ookla to speed test the vox hosting server in my area - how do I do that?

what does the vox hosting server have to do with capped ADSL? are you saying you want to host a server on the capped ADSL from Vox and want to test how fast it is? Because it will always be as fast as the fastest upload speed you have.
