What package is best for me?

Hi, I'm in the process of changing my ISP from Telkom to another, and need to make a decision re which package to choose. I work from home and download large files (average 300MB) daily, 5 days per week. Other than that, I don't play games or download significant amounts - just normal browsing and YouTube at times.
I'm not internet savvy at all and would appreciate advice re capped, uncapped - DSL/ADSL (none of which I understand) and whatever else might be relevant. I currently have ADSL, 10GB per month, but not sure whether that's capped or uncapped. Thanks.

I'd definitely recommend capped for you. Uncapped during the day isn't the best experience.
