What phone to get?

I have a contract coming in for upgrade in June and I really wanted to get the Huawei P30 lite but with the whole ban, I'm not so sure any more.

What would be a good latest alternative to get at similar price range or is the p30 still okay to get.
 
I'm in the almost exact same position. Was planning to get a P30 now not so sure.

Considering a P10e but not a big Samsung fan and that hole in the screen is real annoying - not sure if I'll get used to it.

Plan to go look at some of the latest Sony / LG phones to see if there's anything I like.
 
I'd go for the Samsung s10 if it was in the price range of huawei p30 lite :(

I had a sony and there was too many issues!
 
hackers will soon sort the Huawei out :thumbsup: they love a challenge and it will probably have an awesome firmware that makes the phone even nicer
 
wish there were some real alternatives like Pixel phones locally,

instead we buy the Samsung/Apple Huawei/xoemei of the world.

what about buying a phone privately, and staying with the same contract?
 
exactly, the demand to hack Huawei phones has just begun, just wait and see
and phools are panicking now and selling off their phones cheap cheap in fear, damn noobs :rolleyes:
 
Lol i think the p30 is a brilliant phone but I'm concerned about the damn ban although I might still get it then and just hope support doesn't run out any time soon

Look at the Samsung Galaxy A50 or Redmi Note 7
 
Any idea if the redmi note 7 has a good camera like the Huawei P30?.. I have a redmi note 4 and the camera and battery life is bad.

It's has better camera than the P30 lite and Galaxy A50, read the gsmarena reviews

The lite version.

But I think I'll be doing for something else probably another xiaomi if it's similar to p30 camera wise
