Guys, I know there are threads about this, but there are always new routers coming out, and some of the routers mentioned have been discontinued.

What router works good without any hassles with a IBurst desktop modem?
Any links as to where to buy and at what price I would be most grateful for.
Secondhand ones will also work if someone has one to sell. apparently something like a huawei B315 will not work as its got a Wlan port and not a Wan port?
Is this true?

PLEEEASE help guys, I want to buy today.
I did see in the manual of teh Huawei B315 that it does have a wan port.
So then it should work?

The modems ethernet port will just plug into the wan port of the router??
This correct?

TP-Link Archer D7

Thanks.
I googled it and from what I can see, the interchangeable wan/lan port is what is the crucial part?
Thanks
This is one option.
Looking for one in the price class R1000 to R2000 max. But I will get this if this is the only one that can work with my iburst modem:-)

Correct. Pretty much any WiFi router that does not have an ADSL "modem" (or one that can be turned off) and a WAN port will work. I'm still using a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND with dd-wrt installed. If you end up getting fibre in the not too distant future it will then probably work with that too.
