What should I do now?

I recently moved and asked Telkom to move my line. they checked that the new exchange supported adsl and it did. Installation was scheduled and finally when they pitched I was informed that the cables were stolen and are not going to be replaced. The problem is now that I moved to a new place AFTER Telkom assured me that I would be able to move my ADSL line with me. I am unfortunately in a contract with Telkom until December. What should I do now? Please help!!!
