I have been trying to get hold of the Migration Department since last week Thursday but no such luck.

Account out me through & either nobody answers or the line gets answered & dropped. This has been happening since Thursday. You call them directly on 087 727 6550 & the same happens.

I know their accounts are all screwed up but surely this won't affect their service levels. (Not that they existed but I never though it could get worse & then surprise surprise).
 
Not much you can do, unless you drive through to Sandton.

Well I do live & work in Sunninghill & it ain't to far but then the risk of slapping someone is even greater. Over the phone you just get upset. If you get that service in person well..
