Yeah, look, I guess I just personally don't think like most people about these things. What people do to themselves, and the reasons for doing so simply don't surprise me any longer. As long as people are not hurting other people, or operating under a mental disorder themselves, I don't care, and and not surprised when guys castrate themselves, or attach their brother's arm to their chest, in the name of art.

I pretty much answered the why in the post you replied to. The why is no great mystery. It's the same reason people go to gym, get nice haircuts, buy nice clothes etc. Your real question is how I suspect.

Personally, I dont know. It freaks me out. But it's not that surprising to me that someone else would be ok with it. I'd rather have it done than be circumcised. There is no similarity between a cock piercing and an amputation or piercing an eyeball. It's not maming and crippling yourself. You're not losing anything by doing it.

It is extreme, but the spectrum it's on is more like getting a haircut - getting a tattoo - genital piercing than it is one of sexual kinks.

Incidentally, Stefan, you say you've only seen a few cock piercings in porn - aside from the fact that I can't think where else a straight man would see a lot of cocks, what about all the vaginal piercings you do see in porn.
