What speed should I be getting?

I was about to post something about speed now...I reckon there is something funky going on. Who's your ISP? I am with Mweb, and I am downloading http at like a max of 20kb/s pushing it...And torrents are running at about 1kb/s on average. They spiked up to about 3 earlier which made me so happy, but they have fallen again...Even my browsing is slow at the moment. And yesterday, everything was absolutely perfect, today not so much...

If you use a multi-threaded download manager like GetRight then you should get full line speed. Depending on your line this should be in the region of 38-42kb/s

Edit: 12 'oclock? Is that in the day or afternoon, wish people would stick to 24hr clocks 12:00 or 00:00
