I was taking a shirt from my closet this morning and heard this drop to the floor.
All the Doom is making it a bit more shiny than it actually is.

What is it? Do I have to burn my house down?

From the shape of the thorax, I'd suggest a spitting spider. The fangs are definitely not a sac spider.

Thanks, this looks like the most likely option so far.

Some species exhibit presocial behaviour, in which mature spiders live together and assist the young with food.[4]

Well ****.

They are insectivores and when living indoors, they mostly eat other insects and arthropods, such as moths (Order Lepidoptera), Flies (Order Diptera), other spiders (Order Araneae), and household bugs (Order Heteroptera)

Now I'm torn...

the only spiders worth killing are the really aggressive AND venomous ones.

if its a chilled one, leave him be. maybe take him outside

When in doubt....

I pretty much only throw rain spiders out, and some other house spiders if they don't look like they'll hide under my pillow or something while I go fetch some tupperware to catch them in
