What the hell is going on with MTN?

All was fine for me for 1.5 years now. The all of a sudden the network down issues, then the billing was a total disaster, almost every day there's someone complaining here about their mtn data, and also a very annoying problem for me is that the *162* PIN # service doesn't update daily any more, or for me not even weekly.

MTN, we want answers!

Yeah, I've also never had issues like now, it's crazy. If they are busy with stuff why not just put a notice on the website with the details of what/when/how? I'm sure we would all appreciate that.

Yes, just tell us what is going on. I'm due for an upgrade July, but if this is going on any further, I'm not going to.
