Why must I click refresh every time to open up a website.Can MTN please sort out their ***




THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND NO ONE AT THE CALL CENTER CAN HELP OR THEY ARE TO INCOMPETENT TO DO THEIR JOBS.

did you dial 808( accounts department) or 1555( data support) to try and sort out your query?

Yes indeed I did phone them.They say there is nothing wrong with my line or any problems in my area.....Thats why it is so frustrating.

yes but 808 or 1555, its important to call 1555 for data support, 808 only have minmal knowledge of data.
 
I did phone 1555 aswell...thats what they said to me is that there is no problems at the moment
 
thats pretty shallow of them, they should at least try to troubleshoot the problem with you?:confused:

As a customer who is paying for a service,and then don't get the service you are paying for that is why it is so frustrating.
