What to do about these numbers?

I'm on Telkom 4mb uncapped and have had terrible (according to brief research online) attenuation and SNR rates since it was installed. It used to be really terrible (unplayable for gaming/streaming) and after countless phone calls to Telkom they told me that they would do some work/upgrading at my exchange. The line speeds and stability got a heck of a lot better, but recently problems have started cropping up again, with me getting 'Uncompressed update' errors in Dota 2 (which as far as I know is due to loss on the line) and also lagging on every TeamSpeak server. Is there anything that I could do personally to try remedy this? Or should I just keep pestering Telkom?

Any advice is appreciated!

Those stats look excellent to me. Have you tried another ISP?
 
Yeah get the free 2GB Web Africa account and try again.
 
have all your analogue phones got adsl filters and the jacks that are not having phones too?

Well, in some cases GDMT gives better stats than ADSL2+ (Even though his stats are beyond excellent, why not?) , and he gets the full 512kbps upload instead of 508kbps.

ADSL2+ is only for 8> Megs.
