What to do at work

The irony is that OP is complaining about having too much free time, but after automating everything he'll have even more of it.

But it's what I spend most of my idle time on as well.

This is true.. Though, in my case, I found that anytime I have automated something where I had to learn something to complete it, it lead to me being able to automate something else and so and so forth..

Plus, OP could always 'break' something once or twice a month and 'fix' it.. This way he would look invaluable even though he automated himself out of his job..

Yeah it's a good mantra I learnt.

If you need to do the same thing more than twice don't do it manually ever again.

MyBB isn't keeping me busy anymore. Any other nice sites you can recommend for sysadmins?
Troll. That's a definite pastime

It depends what you are into and what interests you. Perhaps:

Sign up on some Sandero forums (congrats on the new wheels btw). Lots of knowledge there and car communities are usually pretty vibrant and fun

Overclock.net is a nice change if you want to see what's going on outside of SA tech-wise.

Maybe even Reddit to keep updated with new trends and so on.

It's also worth doing some of the free short courses on Udacity. I'm busy with Android UI Basics and loving it :)

Thanx :) and thanx for the info, I will check it out. I feel like learning a new skill, but not using it, will make it pointless. :-/

I do want to upgrade the sound in my car, so I will check out the Sandero forums on that. :D

Have a look at Robotask and UiPath for Automating tasks.
