A note, please call your Life Insurance companies and ask to see their claim forms.
Two insurers asking for ridiculous items to be provided :

• "6 years worth of Medical Aid Claims"
• "2 years worth of Bank Statements"

Did not have this issue previously with Old Mutual and Liberty so if you have these, you can skip them if needed.
