What to do when your Web Developer has not Delivered x3

I have tried different means, however I not going to continue pursuing phone calls as it clearly does nothing.

By no means have I given up, I am working with a stunning developer and within hours of receiving my requirements, he published a demo for me containing some amazing functionality. This business idea is for from over ;-)

Happy to hear that! Once the project is complete, you should consider posting about it here on myBB.
 
Just my view. If he give you what he wants and it isn't what is in his detailed spec he gave you then you can take him to task.

When a developer tells you he failed and give you half completed work. The next developer who will take over will probably say scrap it all the guy couldn't code after reviewing the code. A developer hate leaving uncompleted work especially if it could prove when he said I'm 90% done that he was in fact only 5% done.

He might also have outsourced the dev work to India for $10 an hour and the Indian developer screwed up because it was so complex.

LOL, are people still doing the outsource to India thing? I would die having to let someone else do a project for me? Nevermind the maintenance if the client wants something changed later as you would have no idea where to start. The money you save outsourcing it would later be consumed by the endless hours trying to maintain the project later.

There are people making a living off of it working just as a middleman

Glad this worked out well for you. I like the site. Tried it on Opera Mini (used my dumbphone), Android smartphone (Firefox) and pc (Firefox). It scales well and everything is in place. Best of luck!
