So my lil' Samsung 24" LCD (P2450) is starting to have seen better days. The Touch sensitive buttons are starting to freak out every now and then. It has started an odd habit where it turns off and won't turn back on until I unplug the kettle plug for a minute or two and plug it back in again. Sometimes I have to swap the kettle plug from my pc to my screen to get it to switch on (I have no idea how this makes any sort of difference since both kettle cables are fine).

Since it's out of warranty I can't really send it back and I don't really think it'd be a good idea to try sell it online, so what can one do with a dying screen? I mean I wouldn't mind trading it in at Incredible Connection if they actually had any screens that I liked there. :/

Also if it did decide to pack up, how do you normally dispose of something like this?

I wonder how much they'd give me for it? Any ideas how much they normally pay for screens?

I'd imagine you could get R400-500. And they would sell it for double. Haggle with them.
