So I have had my 4MB line for a day since upgrading from 384 and I am loving it. However International speed tests are quite low, which I assume is related to the chaos on the SAT3 cable. Or is it? My Saix account is capped so I can't test on there, but I am using my afrihost account and was wondering if they are on Seacom or are they using SAT3 / Essay?
