So check it. I've still got 1.6GB of bandwidth remaining but I've been throttled. My con is currently running so slow that I cant even open speed test to test my speeds.

Now for my questions. When the soft caps fall away, what would happen in situations like this? Will I be randomly capped each month even though I have bandwidth and be unable to connect to the net(because I would then be hard capped)? OR will this piece of **** iboss system be working by then?

I don't understand how a company could spend so much money on a system like iboss and then do jack **** when it doesn't work. Honestly get your money back and find a new system, iboss is rubbish!

/end rant

apparently from other ppls posts the network is slow... so dont feel too bad

i've got it far worse.

Mental-Tree,
Sorry about the slowness, you were not throttled. There was a cable fault upstream with a connection to SAIX. This was resolved at 5:30am.
When you are throttled you will encounter a redirect screen when you first login stating that you are throttled. This screen will appear every 18 hours thereafter.

Thanks Ronald. Can you tell me if the iBoss system will ever be fix or replaced? It would be awesome if I could check my bandwidth usage.

The critical iBoss issues are scheduled to be resolved during this month, during which all migration and related issues would have been addressed.
