Ok OK, I know this should go in the cell c thread but I won't get responce there and it isn't completly about them. About 2 months ago I upgraded and migrated my cellc controlchat from 50 to 100 and payed in for a better phone. When the first pay out date came I recieved only R50 where I should now be getting R115 and when I dial 140 they say I'm still elegible for a upgrade. So I really didn't want to talk to their incompetent customer service staff so I decided to email them, I explained my problem to them, they told me they needed confirmation that I am the account holder to which they replied once (not helping me) and then stopped replying completly. After that I decided to call the store which I upgraded with and they bluntly told me they can't help me and I should call customer services. I figured I have no other choice so I decided to call customer services, firstly they treated me like some retard and told me that the contract would be upgraded and migrated when the 24 months are done. I know that it doesn't work like this as a family member also on controlchat also upgraded and migrated a week before me and they weren't on the 24th month.
So now after they lied to me do you think I should just go and upgrade again, get another phone and let them do it properly because I have pretty much done my part by now.
