what would you pay?

just helping a friend sell his system, what would be a good price
he was looking for around 6k he spent nearly R7500 on the below

Specs :

AMD 5000+ dual core processor 2.6 ghz
gigabite Mobo (nividia 5600 gt or something, AM2 ready etc etc )
asus case 450 psu
2.5 gigs of ram 800mhz
samsung dual layer dvd writer
speaker system (R500 paid for it a week ago) 2 speaker and a sub
160 gig samsung sata hdd
80 seagate sata hdd
computer stand (biggish one that supports cpu, monitor, printer and then some)
crt monitor (smallish one)
multimedia keyboard (the expensive ones with the usb slots in the back and volume control etc)
usb infa red mouse (mind the spelling )

All the above less then 3 months old with receipts and warranty etc

what would you pay ?

It would cost Between R3800 to R4500 with the specs you put up.

But for R7500. It would have got:

Core 2 Quad 2.4ghz, 2gb Ram, DVD Writer, 250GB Hard Drive, 400Watt Case, 19" LCD Monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, Normal speakers and the stand

Add another R1000 for a good graphics card and you are set.

Could get a better setup if i look around...

The price he paid for his stuff is a rip off
