Go for SFIV. I just got it and I love it. I am a SF fan and SFIV plays a lot like the SFII but with extra stuff. The artwork is brilliant and the music is complements the game. If you are also hardcore, get Super Street Fighter II HD Remix from the PSN store. Takes the classic with updated drawings.
