What's a more comfortable shoe?

Seriously though. Look at.jobs where guys are on their feet for long periods of time, like retail or logistics. Most of them wear Cat boots. Ive had jobs where I was walking 7km+ a day and had 20 hour shifts. My Cat boots were amazing. Had New balance trainers and feet hurt after 2hours.
 
This is for work purposes, I should have mentioned. Cat.. I used to have a pair and they were ok but the styling is just so... clunky.
