Love 'em. I buy a couple at our local market every week.

We say in Scotland that "Scotch" can be used to refer to anything you can eat, drink or buy. Like politicians for example

My local butchery has a nice kudu wors. It's sooo good and doesn't even taste like game. Currently has a special on it for R33/kg. Normal price R40/kg.

So go away and find the recipe! Or I'll just use a random one I find through Googling.

normal spiced mince is as good as you want it to be

It kind of is. It's sausage meat in a block like the first picture and sliced into squares for frying.

Stick it on a bun with a bit of red or brown sauce and you have everything from a builders breakfast to a students lunch to a clubbers munchies on the way home.

As Scottish as haggis and probably more popular than traditional link type sausages.
