What's for breakfast?

Bought some Luxury Muesli from Woolies yesterday and had that for breakfast today with yogurt.

Its a bit more expensive than other brands, but really delicious.

The 'Breakfast Muesli'? Best ever. No dumb powdery oats. :p

Think I remember a 'Luxury' one though so could be that.

Is it too late to say, "Niks nie"?

My first meal was KFC... a regular rounder and chips... but after 13h00

The thing with those mueslis is that they contain a lot of sugar. The nice taste and the 'luxury' comes from the fact that the muesli bits are coated in a sugary substance. Very tasty, but not sure about the health factor.

Seems I always want the breakfast you had! That sounds SO good :)

I had strawberry yoghurt, fruit salad (grapes, pineapples, papayas and kiwifruit and 2 small onion and olive tartlets left over from the other night's dinner, plus a cup of rooibos.

Agreed very tasty did not know about the sugary substance though.

I don't eat any chocolates or other sweets and only drink water so the bit of sugar from their oats can't be that bad ?

I guess not.

If I ate less peanut butter straight from the jar, I could also afford to eat the sweet, sugary muesli. Unfortunately, I have reached my 'sweet quota' :D
