You must find a Cafe Lux! they make great coffee. I don't think there's one at Beau Vallon, but i usually get at Bagatelle or Trianon. The airport has one as well. They do make great coffees!

Failing that if you find yourself in Port Louis, there's this amazing little place i frequent when i'm working there called Wapalapam. Also good coffee but the food is out of this world, i don't know what they put in it but i'm already dreaming of it...

Looks wow! I would put a little bit of Feta or creamy danish cheese with a low flavor profile in it just to carry the lemon juice on the palate a bit, but otherwise its amazing. Wouldn't mind trying that.

Yeah the airport can be a bit iffy. I argued once cause they didn't have a FastTrack or priority lane open for going through security. Other than that its not been bad though and it usually operates ok.

Whats the weather like btw? I'm prob going in about 2 weeks or so waiting to hear.

I have my stock in the fridge I was in the South at the time and its absolutely beautiful
