No pics but I had pan fried sourdough toast topped with a fried egg, two slices of cheddar and some warmed up leftover mince from a lazagne made in the week and then topped with tomato sauce....YUM!

Now, when you say tomato sauce....?

I had a similar experience a year or so ago. Went out with the department I work in for a 'year-end' thing and we ended up at a Portuguese restaurant, Calisto's if I remember correctly. I've always heard that the Portuguese can make decent hot food, so I took a stab at getting some chicken dish and I asked them to make it as hot as possible.

I was not expecting it to be THAT hot...
