Too much starches for me and that raw white onion.......! If anything, the eggs and tomato should be on the primary plate and the bread and chips on another. Is it your own making or a restaurant/cafe?

It was at a restaurant.

The way they serve breakfast is, all the food as pictured gets served in a plate for the table - the more people at the table, the bigger the plate. Then each person gets his/her own plate with eggs done the way he/she likes it.

You then dish up from the main plate, into your own plate, whatever you prefer. Extras like beans/more toast/etc are available as well (at an extra cost) but we didn’t order any.

The tomato needs to be fried and what is up with the cheese?

I also like/prefer fried tomato with breakfast, I’m sure they would have done it for me if I asked (it’s a lovely establishment with a friendly owner and staff)

The cheese is grated, not sure why it looks funny? Food photography is not my strong point.

It's just something I'm not used to seeing. I don't think most restaurants even advertise cheese with their breakfasts?

True yes…it also came with a jar of apricot jam, some people do the cheese & jam combo on toast
