I'm going to be on the road to the transkei tomorrow. Not sure what to grab, probably a salad roll and water.

Toasted tremmazini with smoked chicken, honey and mustard vinaigrette and various salads.

Its a monster of a brekkie - but being up since 04:30, by 08:00 I was famished.

Washing it down with a SCORE energy drink.
