You just take rolled oats (use good quality large, preferably steel cut oats, not instant) and soak them overnight in a bakkie full of yogurt, milk and other goodies so when you get up they're ready to eat cold. The nice thing is you can experiment and do mixtures of just about anything.

We are going to the Space Expo on Sunday and want to go for a nice breakfast before we head off to the expo. Taking the Gautrain so it will have to be in walking distance which is why I specifically ask about Sandton City.

argh, can't find it. but just walk from the station to the square, there a couple on the square itself, nice setting as well.

yeh, the one i was thinking off, had like a buffet breakfast for quite a good price too... not sure if it is still there though (hence maybe why i couldn't find it)

Went to the Green Bean in Westlake this morning because I had to be in town. Had eggs benedict.

Yea I can highly recommend that restaurant, my wife had a gluten free waffle for I think like R50 and it came with honey, berries and clotted cream.
