What's for breakfast?

Avo? And...Banana? Seriously?
Avo is quite common in desserts around the world - quite a neutral taste that goes either way, very creamy and does a good job of binding ingredients together. I'll make you an avo chocolate mousse where you'd be hard-pressed to guess the ingredient :).

Mine have all turned ripe at once so it's gonna be avo-party for the next few days. They're deliciously creamy ones that taste almost like pine nuts. Hope your avo stash is ready to eat.

Sadly not. Few days still

What do you guys think of double cream yogurt with fruit pieces for breakfast?
Those tubs that you get at Woolies?
For banting.

I used to do normal fruity yogurt with some oats. But these convenience stuff the prices went through the roof.

But normal yogurt is not good for banting.

I don't eat in huge portions so a portion of 150ml is cool with me, and another for lunch.
I think a 1L costs R45 and it expires within 3 days. So my lunch and breakfast will cost R45 for all three days. :D
