What's for breakfast?

Ok I was wrong. It comes with strawberries.
So I bought the plain double cream yogurt tub instead.
Just make sure of the quantities you eat. Full Cream Double Yoghurt is not a free for all, and too high for me.

Go the banting thread, and tell me what your target is for total carbs per day

It's 7 carbs per 150ml. I will have 14 in total for breakfast and lunch, and a nice walk during lunch time.
So... what is too much for you?

And no walk during lunch time?

What about your dinner? Salt and all these other spices and stuff that goes into the preparation of it?

No, i don't exercise at all.

Dinner, I have a meat, and a veg. The veg usually contains things like cream/mayo (as I hate veggies and kill the kark taste with tasty stuff like cheese and bacon and mushrooms  )

Like the broccoli i had last night have some carbs, so does the mayo... so my little carb allowances are when I do veg and the mayo and cream type stuff.

Also, do you think your berries have no carbs at all?

Today's brekkie: Avo, 2 slices future life garlic toast drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and black pepper.

It has but I steered away from the version with the berries. I'm on plain double cream yogurt.
It's a bit strong in the morning though :D, but I'm taking lots of water.

Will be making this tonight but a banting ver.

breakfast is the easiest banting dish ever. bacon and eggs. keep your carbs for later in the day.

also, compare low fat yoghurt with your double cream full fat yoghurt... there is not much difference in the carb content.

post it in the supper thread tonight, will be interesting to see what you replaced the non-banting ingredients with.

I can't eat eggs. Makes me nausea's every time I think of that dot or spiral thingy in it.

You're eating breakfast at night? 0.o That does look amazeballs though!

This seems to be an appropriate thread to share my great love of Fair Cape's double cream white yoghurt:

/sadness

For the record I'm not a Banting person (I believe in equal love for carbs and fat) but Tim Noakes was apparently involved in these yoghurts: http://www.thebantwagon.com/blog/timnoakesyoghurt
