How many eggs?
When @Iamn0tageek makes breakfast for himself he cooks 7 eggs and an entire packet of bacon
Afterwards he can't figure out why his stomach aches for the rest of the day

I ground up about 500g of wee red birds eye chillies, added 500ml of extra virgin olive oil and let it sit for about a week. Filtered the chillies out and use the oil. It's a different spin on putting tabasco on the cooked eggs. (BTW, the oil I made is hotter than hot, with lovely olivey undertone)

Since I discovered pilchards are just grown up sardines at less than half the price, there's no way I will go back.
