Try using a bit of butter on the top/bottom of the rolls, along with an egg wash when you toast them. Makes a big difference.

Albany buns - would not recommend. Go to your nearest Baker who makes fresh buns/rolls daily if you can.

All said and done though, they certainly look very good!

Aint nobody got time for that. Those small soft rolls taste the same..

+5 points to the rolls for speed of preparation
