Tuna mayo is a solid choice, though I usually save that for lunch. I'm sticking to a simple coffee and some toast this morning. Hopefully, it keeps you full until the afternoon!

McD's equivalent aka sausage & egg McMuffin is just better. Slightly bigger, fresher, actual muffin has a better taste.
If I had to rate it:
BK breakie jobbie = 6/10
McD's breakie jobbie = 7 to 7.5/10
Further to add McD's has hash browns (8/10) & BK only has standard chips/fries for breakie.
