Probably the 10th time we've had this. Very tasty.

Emmental. This cheese is produced in the central cantons of Switzerland. It is a traditional, unpasteurized, hard cheese made from cow's milk.

I find it to be very bitter. Not a fan.

Love Emmental cheese. Use it often. Wife doesn't like it so it lasts longer to lol.

Brunch was Bacon and eggs.

Emmental is in the same sort of class as Gruyere. It's a Swiss pungent moldy cheese with a sharp edge. I also love it.
