I've wanted to make bao soup dumplings for a while now. It's quite arduous though, you need to mix gelatin with broth and then refrigerate then cut into chunks and mix it with the filling. But the effect is really spectacular.
Very jealous poffle.

We pretty much did to be honest.

I had a wrap.
Wife a burger.
Kids had strips and nuggets respectively.
And we took some extra pieces too.
Sides were split between all options. Fries, onion rings, coleslaw and biscuits.
