I made meatball subs because I wanted to be like Cerebus. Didn't take pics.

I learned how to chop onions properly in the process.
I accidentally stumbled on a lekker easy way of slicing up onions as thin as you want as I was testing it out on potatoes first. I was making a lekker potato bake and I remembered @EMAM told me to slice as thin as possible. With this old Pineware bread slicer I picked up at the Milnerton Flea Market 6 years ago for 90 bux I was able to slice everything 3mm thick. I love it. I will never go back to using a knife when slicing.

Used to use my parents one to slice my biltong - worked perfectly
 
Leftover roasted chicken and veg but in the mood for Thai today, but I have food at home :(
