I don't touch the wasabi mayo either, never been a fan of it in any form.
You're right about the soy sauce. Rounds it out perfectly.

Tried Test Kitchen's "start your steak from cold" method on a griddle yesterday. Result was very good, great crust and medium rare, but first choice is still a steak on the braai.

Yeah they don't advertise it at all but the Streetwise 1 comes in 3 combos that you can choose from.

SW1 with chips
SW1 with Mash and Miniloaf
SW1 with Pap and small gravy

R24.90 for each so not a bad budget lunch.
