Today, it's just a Bar One and strong Jacob's coffee.

The chicken mayo sandwich I got from the office coffee shop was a disaster. Bread was dry. Filling was a thin layer of something tasteless. Tossed in the bin!

Had my usual Tuesday special from Hungry Lion, two Munch burgers but ended up with an upset stomach (to put it lightly). Man I'm starting to distrust fast food, not what it used to be.

Grab some sauerkraut off the shelf and some kefir out the fridge and you're all set.
