In vast metal vats, tons of pork trimmings are mixed with the pink slurry formed when chicken carcasses are squeezed through metal grates and blasted with water.

The mush is mixed with powdered preservatives, flavourings, red colouring and drenched in water before being squeezed into plastic tubes to be cooked and packaged

I'm going to make per-peri chicken wraps. Chicken breast fillets cut into strips, friend until almost done then I throw peri-peri sauce in with it. Then I let them simmer in the peri-peri sauce for a minute or two until they absorb the flavor.

Then shred some lettuce, chops some tomatoes and cucumber, mix the three together and put some of it on a pre-heated wrap. Then put a few of the chicken strips on top of this, after which you grate some cheese over it. Close it up and eat.

They're really easy to make and you can add pretty much whatever you feel like to them.
 
Salad consisting of smoked chicken, avo, pear, croutons and that condensed milk salad dressing :) Delicious!!
 
A liter of water, a Cadburys Bubbly Bar, a bottle of Theonista Kombucha (Ginger & Rooibos)(which costs as much as a bottle of wine and only because the owners hijacked me into a tasting in the store) and a couple of day old discounted pretzels fom the bakery.
Two Empacods and one Tramal.
