Why the yoghurt? It ain't Thai without it.

Best Thai should be pretty intense in sweet, sour, salty and hot, for those who aren't accustomed to cooking Thai cuisine. It can be quite a shock to the system the first time you taste it, but it is incredibly good imo...

I wanted to try it with yoghurt to see how it changes the taste. It dulled the heat a bit, but was a good sub. My mum and gf don't like coconut that much, so was checking to see if I could make something similar without losing taste.

Craving some chops, ribs, steak or something really meaty.

At a wedding reception..

Started with fish and seafood breyani. Second course was a stunning lamb curry and rice. Main course was sosatie + lamb chops + chicken + salads. Now I'm blowing already.

They just put the dessert and cake on the table. Gonna be rolling out of here :p

Sugar coated peanuts and caramel cashews lol! I had a chicken breast and salad for lunch, was quite big, so not to hungry atm :D

Salmon ceviche mousse with smoked beef on bruschetta.
Berry and blue cheese blinis.
Arancini
Pesto pastry wheels
Butter chicken curry
Beef Bourguignon

Leftovers from a party I hosted last night...
